Standard Return Policy: Fiumara Medical gladly accepts eligible returns of unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unlaundered merchandise. Return requests must be made within 30 days of your order delivery date. Embroidered, customized, trimmed, close-out, and discontinued items are strictly non-returnable. Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs: A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount for customer-initiated returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your order contained items shipped from multiple fulfillment locations, separate return shipments may be required, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of each package. Exchange Processing and Fees: We will issue an RMA number that must be written on the outside of your package, which must be shipped within 7 days of issuance. Customers pay the shipping costs to send the original item back to us, but Fiumara covers the standard shipping costs for the replacement item. Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item typically ships within 1–2 business days. Any additional modifications beyond the first exchange must be processed as a standard return for a refund followed by a brand-new order.
