Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
  • Fiumara Apparel will gladly accept any product, which has not been worn, damaged, altered or laundered within 30 days.
  • Embroidered/Trimmed items are non-returnable.
  • A Return Authorization Number must accompany returns. This number can be obtained by calling 1-855-Fiumara (1-855-348-6272) and speaking to our Customer Service Department.
  • Return Authorization Numbers must be requested within 15 days after receipt of goods.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which are not refundable.
  • The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of all boxes.
  • There are no returns on close-out specials or discontinued merchandise.

 

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within 15 days of the date you receive your item. This means, you have 15 days from the date tracking states delivered, to get in touch with us and let us know what you would like to exchange your item for.

  • Give us a call at (855) 348-6272 or send an email to returns@fiumaraapparel.com with your Order information and let us know what you would like to exchange for (size, color, style)
  • We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. This number must be written on the outside of the return package. This will allow us to identify your order and process your exchange in a timely manner.
  • You have 7 days to put the package in the mail, from the date the RMA is issued.
  • Shipping the item back to our warehouse is at the customer’s expense, we cover the cost of shipping to send you the exchange.
  • Once we receive your return, within 1-2 business days, we will ship your exchange.
  • We only honor a 1 time exchange. If you would like to exchange the item again, you will need to return for a refund (at your cost) and place a new order.

Please note; We do our best to accommodate all customer requests. However, since our items are Apparel items, we do not make exceptions for late returns. Our products must remain in good condition as you receive them. Any returns or exchanges requested past 30 days from the date you receive it will not be honored.
