Standard Return Policy: Fiumara Medical gladly accepts eligible returns of unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unlaundered merchandise. Return requests must be made within 30 days of your order delivery date. Embroidered, customized, trimmed, close-out, and discontinued items are strictly non-returnable. Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs: A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount for customer-initiated returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
