Standard Return Policy: Fiumara Medical gladly accepts eligible returns of unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unlaundered merchandise. Return requests must be made within 15 days of your order delivery date. Embroidered, customized, trimmed, close-out, and discontinued items are strictly non-returnable. Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs: A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount for customer-initiated returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your order contained items shipped from multiple fulfillment locations, separate return shipments are required, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of each package.
