Standard tracking data is generated and provided automatically via email once your order officially ships from our facility.
For Standard Brand Suppliers: For supplier-stocked items ordered without custom embroidery, packages typically dispatch from our manufacturer facilities within 2 to 4 business days, subject to direct supplier availability. For Extended and International Logistics: Special orders, items from specialty apparel lines, and consolidated international shipments operate on alternative processing schedules. Please contact our customer support team directly for a reliable, item-specific lead time estimate. Fulfillment Terms: Please note that all estimated timeframes refer strictly to the period required before package dispatch from the facility, not final doorstep arrival. Carrier transit delivery time is additional and varies by destination and service. Standard tracking information is provided via email immediately upon shipment.
Embroidery: Allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production after artwork approval, where required. For orders without an artwork-approval step, production uses the embroidery details submitted at checkout. Delivery time is additional.

To maintain the performance and lifespan of your workwear, please follow the specific manufacturer instructions: Garment and Apparel Care: Follow the specific laundry, water temperature, and drying guidelines found on the inner clothing tag. Footwear and Shoe Care: Reference the specialized cleaning parameters or material care steps listed on the item label.
Standard Return Policy: Fiumara Medical gladly accepts eligible returns of unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unlaundered merchandise. Return requests must be made within 15 days of your order delivery date. Embroidered, customized, trimmed, close-out, and discontinued items are strictly non-returnable. Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs: A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount for customer-initiated returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your order contained items shipped from multiple fulfillment locations, separate return shipments are required, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of each package. These fees and shipping costs do not apply if an item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Fiumara. How to Start a Return: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To request an RMA, please call 1-855-348-6272 or email returns@fiumaraapparel.com (our parent brand) with your order information. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of your package, and the return must be shipped within 7 days of the RMA issuance date. Exchange Policy: Only select items are eligible for a size, color, or style exchange, limited to one exchange per item. Request an exchange within 15 days of your delivery date by calling 1-855-348-6272 or emailing returns@fiumaraapparel.com with your order details and requested changes. Exchange Processing and Fees: We will issue an RMA number that must be written on the outside of your package, which must be shipped within 7 days of issuance. Customers pay the shipping costs to send the original item back to us, but Fiumara covers the standard shipping costs for the replacement item. Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item typically ships within 1–2 business days. Any additional modifications beyond the first exchange must be processed as a standard return for a refund followed by a brand-new order.
